I have decided so many times that I am going to lose weight. I have tried so many diets, a few of them worked if I stayed on them, most of them I did not stick to. So many diets are just not practical . . .

32. I have three sisters whom I love dearly.
33. I am closer to my Step Mom than my bio mom.
